The past month has been very up and down! I just don’t get to the gym as much a I would like to. I have been good with my eating because I keep track of what I eat online but I want to spend more time ate gym.
I am training for a half-marathon in June! I can run 6 miles right now. My training goes as follows:
Monday: Run 2 miles
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Run 2 miles
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Run 2 miles
Saturday: Run 6 miles
Sunday: Rest
What I want it to be:
Monday: Run 3-6 miles
Tuesday: Resistance
Wednesday: Run 3-6 miles
Thursday: Resistance
Friday: Run 1 mile
Saturday: Run 6-10 miles
Sunday: Rest

For the past month I have been buying my vegetables and fruits from Bountiful Baskets.
It is a local produce shop. You pay $15 and you get all of this. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables for meals and snacks for the entire week. It’s a lot of food for one person. 4 of us split it up, it averages about $4 a person for an entire week. If you can’t eat it all by yourself ask your family to go in on it with you or find some friends who would be willing split it up.
If Bountiful Baskets isn’t in your area look for fresh produce at farmer’s markets!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake
I found this recipe on Shape! It is a slow cooker recipe!
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1/4 cup honey
2 egg whites
1/3 cup Natural sugar-free peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Line the bottom of slow cooker with parchment paper or tin foil, spray the inside with baking spray. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl whisk wet ingredients together. Mix the dry and wet ingredients until combined. Pour in slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Serve with 1/4 cup melted peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate chips!
